The first products to feature on our platform for digital quality tools are three caliper gauges — available in seven variants, each with a Bluetooth module.
Measured values can be wirelessly transmitted to the app from anywhere, where they are then available for further processing. No reading or transmission errors. This reduces the user's workload. Bluetooth communication means that there are no connecting cables to interfere with the immediate working environment. The measured values are transmitted at the touch of a button. The data can be transferred to mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets or directly to Office applications on the PC.

The FUTURO connected caliper gauge helps with quality management in your production process
The tool is connected to the FUTURO connected app on a mobile device via a Bluetooth module. With a single click, determined values are saved in the app or transferred to the PC via a USB connection to generate an entry in any input field, for example in an Excel spreadsheet. It could not be simpler.
For example, the process of manually entering data from your measuring workstation into your quality management software can be replaced with a simple click for future test plans. This significantly reduces any high potential for errors.
When things get tight
When working in confined spaces, it is often difficult or even impossible to read values on the display of a tool. Real-time transmission of measured values to mobile devices such as smartphones is hugely beneficial in situations like this.
For example, you can measure the machined workpiece in the equipped machine to check whether the parameters have been set correctly. This means that there is no need to completely interrupt the entire production process, thereby saving time and money.
